RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at Camp Willow.

Returns are for merchandise credit only and must be received by us at our retail store location at 21 S. Prospect Ave, Park Ridge, Illinois within 14 days from when your order is placed. This return window gives you time to evaluate your purchase, while helping us keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.

All returns must be unworn and unused, have original tags attached, and be accompanied by the sales receipt.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Unfortunately, items received after the 14-day return period cannot be accepted, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and won't be able to issue your merchandise credit. All sale merchandise and jewelry are final sale.
